What a fantastic morning some of our year 1 children had at Gateshead stadium Athletics Festival!
The children showed great enthusiasm, teamwork and determination as they took part in 5 different stations: throwing, hurdles, long jump sprinting and a rest station. They encouraged one another, tried their best and had lots of fun.
We were incredibly proud of their positive attitudes.
Well done Year 1!
